I started Calmed & Co. to provide affordable wellness solutions for people who want to improve their physical and mental health.
Throughout the brand building journey, I have been inspired by customers and fellow health and wellness advocates in our community. In addition, I have learnt that wellness is a concept that we work on continuously.
